Gantsolmon was one of the first employees when the company was established in Mongolia. She has been a big contributor to setting up the HR department from nothing and growing the company to 800 plus employees operating at one of the biggest mining industries in Mongolia. She has not only developed the HR team but also has been involved at the management level every step of the way to make the company successful.

One of her passions in life is helping women and children to have a high quality of life. Leading a team of women with the same vision has accomplished projects that empowered women and educated children. Several of her leading projects were building a summer camp based on herder family to learn a nomadic lifestyle, teaching English to women and children to improve their speaking skills, and cooperating with other NGOs to improve the centre.

World Vision International Mongolia
Her career path started from World Vision International Mongolia where she has developed a passion for HR and build her professional skills. She worked with the outstanding HR Director, Sharon Anthony, who saw Ganaa’s potential and gave her great responsibility at a young age. She has been her mentor since 2011.
During Ganaa’s time at WV, she attended many training events overseas and implemented the concepts throughout Mongolia. Ganaa was responsible for 200 plus employees for 11 branches where she undertook recruitment, performance management, labor relations, payroll, and policies.
Note:
Ganaa always seeks volunteer opportunities. During her school years, she was involved in services including visiting senior homes, participating in local nature-saving projects nurturing significant sites in Hawaii, and helping IHHELPP NGO organizations.
She also was the Mongolian chapter president coordinating project events, working with 70 countries’ representatives, organizing service activities, and leading Mongolian students.
It is a great hope to run her NGO to inspire individuals as well as families.
